In this fun little folktale from Wales a loving couple live in a small slate cottage surrounded by a slate garden wall.
Every night they would cook delicious soup and fill the slop bucket with food waste, then the elderly man would head out to tip the slops over the wall.
One night when tipping slops he thought he heard a voice, surely not, there was nobody out there over the wall, surely!
