Summer is that heady time of year where the flowers are bountiful & the sights & scents just beautiful. As the petals fall in the gentle breeze & the time is just right, collect a few leaves, flowers & pebbles together, it's time to become creative flower mandala artists! Suitable for all to participate, we show you how to get started on creating beautiful nature mandalas together. Always remember to wash your hands once you are complete & before food after handling plants.
Items Required:
Flowers - petals or heads - Look first for fallen petals to create with and if picking fresh flowers then consider a long stem so that any unused ones can be enjoyed in a vase afterwards. You an also include sticks, stems & other natural items that you have to hand.
Leaves - remember that leaves come in many greens & other colours too - even in summer! Optional:
Pebbles - these are to create an outline with, initially this can be helpful if you have never created one before.
